Do hotels have Shabbos accommodations?

Yes, most of our partner hotels offer Shabbos key cards and elevators. The Waldorf Astoria has a kosher kitchen in the building, and several hotels are within walking distance of local kosher restaurants.

How many nights should I book?

We recommend a 3-night stay (January 18-21, 2026) to fully enjoy the experience. This allows time to arrive, rest, attend the full-day event, and depart comfortably.

Flights

Why are your flight rates better than booking sites?

We've negotiated exclusive group rates with Copa Airlines that are genuinely not available to the public. Our rates ($950-995) beat online prices ($1,300+) by $300-400 per person.

What cities have group departures?

Current group departures: New York (JFK), Miami (MIA), and Los Angeles (LAX). Don't see your city? Request a custom flight quote.

Can I book flights separately and still get a discount?

Yes! Even if you book a Flight Package (without hotel), you still save $300-400 per person on airline tickets vs online rates, plus passes cost only $50 instead of $150.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy?

For Passes:

  • All pass purchases are non-refundable
  • Please ensure your travel and schedule are confirmed before purchasing

For Hotels & Flights: Cancellation policies vary by provider. Please check specific terms when booking.
